WHAT MAKES OUR PRINTS SPECIAL

~ Archival Quality Prints

Our Giclée fine art prints are printed in high-resolution by specialized inkjet printers using pigment inks on a matte-finished art paper.

The result: exceptional quality prints, offering brighter colors, crisper details, and long-lasting color.

~ High quality ink

We use only the highest quality archival pigment inks, designed to last for years without losing its original beauty.

~ High Quality Paper

We print on premium Fine Art paper 200gsm. This warm tone paper has a smooth texture. The Archival paper has the acid and lignan removed to give longevity and high color appearance to the prints.

SHIPPING - HOW IT WORKS

Your order will be processed within 1-5 working days, this is excluding made to order items.
Customers will receive an order confirmation as soon as their order has been processed.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is out for shipping.

~ SHIPPING- SOUTH AFRICA
Deliveries to major centres takes between 3-4 days.
Outlying areas can take up to 10 days.
Tracking information will be sent to your email address once parcel has been sent.

~ SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL
Shipping can take up to 15 days from receiving tracking number.
International shipping is a standard rate up to 2.5 kg and cost is dependent on location.
Important note: Please provide accurate delivery address and contact information as return to sender items will not be refunded, however we will deliver again at the customers expense should the delivery be missed.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

KALM adheres to the regulations outlined in the CPC of South Africa and aims to provide our customers with the best and fairest service possible. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will provide a full refund.

~ All pieces are custom and made to order. Therefore, we offer no exchanges or returns, and all items are non-refundable.

~ Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly and are manufactured are not refundable or exchangeable. Kalm is not liable for items delivered that were not intended to be ordered.

REFUND POLICY

~ If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. All you must do is contact us at Kalmliving23@gmail.com with some photos and your number and we arrange this for you.
~ If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible by contacting us before the production of the item has started and will be refunded.
~ Every print is specially made to order for you, therefore I am unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.
